- Choose one task. Show me how your team handles it today and what you'd like to improve. If an existing tool or a simpler process makes more sense, I'll say so.
- Agree on the work and the price. You'll know what the first version will do, what it won't do, and what it will cost before paid work starts. We'll also talk through timing and any ongoing charges.
- Try it with your team. We check it using examples your team knows. People stay involved where an answer needs checking or a decision needs judgment.
- Get comfortable using it. I show your team how it works and leave clear notes. We agree on who will keep it up to date and what extra help you may want.
What I need from you
Someone who knows the task, a few examples we can review, and a clear idea of what a useful result looks like. You don't need to arrive with a technical plan.
