Take the busywork off your plate.

Jotbolt is a small AI studio in Nashua, NH. I help owners find the one task worth automating, quote a fixed price, and build a first version your team can run on its own — at your office or on a call.

What a first build looks like

Two worked examples. Each shows the input, a working result, where a person steps in, and how we’d test it. Both use fictional data.

How a first build works

One task, one fixed price, built with the people who do the work today. See how we’ll work together.

  1. 01

    Pick one task

Use the opportunity finder or the planner, or just tell me what eats your week. A short conversation helps us decide whether there is a useful first task to tackle.

  2. 02

Agree on the plan and price

You get a one-page plan: what we’ll build, where a person steps in, and how we’ll test it. The price is fixed before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Build with your team

I build with the person who does the job today and check in as we go — at your office if you’re within about 90 minutes of Nashua, or by video.

  4. 04

    Test, then hand off

We test against your own past examples. Your team runs it, with written notes on how it works. Keep me on for changes if you want to.

Who you’ll work with

I’m Nathan Fierley. I’ve led sales, services, support, and customer success teams, so I’ve lived the work before building tools for it. I work with owners and operators who want a tool their team can use without a technical hire.

Jotbolt is based in Nashua, New Hampshire. I’ll come to you anywhere within about 90 minutes — southern New Hampshire, the Merrimack Valley, greater Boston — and I work with teams anywhere by video.

I choose tools that fit the job, whether they run at your office or use an online AI service. Before we build, we agree on where your information goes and who can access it.

Common questions

What does Jotbolt actually do?

Two things. I help you work out where AI would save real time in your business, and I build small, fixed-price tools for one task at a time: turning emails into draft quotes, making a manual searchable, checking incoming paperwork, and the like. We agree up front on what your team receives and how you’ll keep using it. If you’re weighing outside help, read what an AI consultant should actually do for a small business.

Do we need to be technical?

No. If someone on your team can describe how the work happens today, that’s enough. I handle the build and leave you with plain-language notes on how it works and what to do when something looks wrong.

What does a first build cost?

Each build is quoted as a fixed price after a short call, once we’ve agreed on the one task and how we’ll know it worked. You see the number before any work starts, and it doesn’t change unless we both agree to change the plan.

Where does our data go?

We decide that together before your information is connected. Some tools can run on a computer in your office; others use an online AI service. We write down who can see the information, where it is kept, how long it stays there, and whether the service can use it to train its AI.

Do you work on site?

Yes. I’m in Nashua, NH and will come to your office for working sessions, reviews, and training anywhere within about 90 minutes. Teams farther away work with me by video. More on working on site in Nashua and southern New Hampshire.

What if we just want advice, not a build?

Start with the free tools on this site: the opportunity finder, the cost calculator, the AI visibility check and its facts page builder. If you want a second opinion on a tool you’re evaluating, a review of how AI search describes your business, or a working session with your team, send a note and I’ll suggest a format.
